I'm Remo Oz — founder of Gloria, a women's wellness AI companion, and CEO of Plumflower Educational Institute. Two pursuits, one conviction: build with craft, and build for the long horizon.
A women's wellness AI companion designed to be the most supportive app a woman can open — built and led hands-on, to an uncompromising standard of craft.
gloriawellness.app →An Arizona educational nonprofit with a long-horizon mission — helping bridge the gap between deserving students and access to higher education.
plumfloweredu.org →Gloria is the period tracker you talk to. It pairs the everyday tools women already rely on with a conversational AI that remembers context and shows up every day. The idea is simple — the standard for executing it is not.
A companion that checks in and listens, with real context on your week.
Quietly accurate tracking that feeds every conversation.
Writing things down and understanding rest, in one calm place.
Gloria never sells or monetizes user data. Governance, by design.
Plumflower is an Arizona 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and the long-horizon project I'm proudest to lead. Its mission is to help bridge the gap between deserving students and access to higher education. As CEO, I'm leading it from the ground up.
Helping bridge the gap between deserving students and access to higher education.
Founded and based in Arizona, with a near-term focus on students in its home community.
Governed by a real board and a long-term plan — an institution made to last beyond its founders.

Build the thing that should exist. Then show up for it every single day.— Remo Oz
I'm a Canadian-born entrepreneur based in Arizona, and a builder before anything else. I'd rather ship a working version of an idea than talk about it — that instinct is what became Gloria, and what drives Glory AI.
But I don't only think in products. Plumflower is the other half of how I work: a nonprofit, a mission, an institution meant to outlast me. A venture and a nonprofit can look like different worlds — to me, they're the same discipline applied twice.
Outside of all of it, I've spent more than two decades in martial arts. That's where the standard comes from: patient with the long game, precise in the details, calm under pressure, unwilling to cut corners. I think in first principles and long horizons — what compounds, what endures, what's worth a decade.
For Gloria, Plumflower, or anything worth building well — here's where to reach me.
